I am so excited! We actually have all of our stuff ready for Easter :) I made up the baskets yesterday. Mom mailed stuff to put in, and we have cards from Steve's parents to put in, plastic eggs have been filled, and I even have an iTunes card and a coffee gift card (to the coffee stand at the church) in an envelope for Steve. I boiled eggs today and have them chilling in the fridge so that we are ready to color them this evening, using a Tye Dye box that we got this year. Sometimes I find it funny that one of Steve's favorite things about any given holiday is the candy. Mine is the stuff that we do. Since I already made up the baskets and filled the plastic eggs, Steve has already been raiding the remaining Easter candy :) Oh, well.
I am not exactly certain how I am going to pull off dinner this evening, since the chicken that I pulled out earlier isn't defrosted... Maybe there's something in the way of a stew that I can do in the pressure cooker. In any case, I better go figure that one out. It's already just about 5pm and, although Steve will likely be a little late (making a Costco run), there are no meetings tonight to keep him out all hours, so he'll be wanting dinner when he gets here. Not an unreasonable expectation, really :)

HOORAY! Sounds like you are ALL ready! That is great!
I can't wait to see your Easter pics. We did our eggs and baskets today--but will have a hunt tomorrow. :)
By the way--your tomato souop idea sounds SOOOOOOOOOO good right now. Yum
