"Keeny" Bread

When we moved into the house in August we found that the prior residents had planted a few things in the backyard. One of them was zuchinni. Steve isn't a fan of squash of any sort so, although I steamed some of them for myself, most of them went to waste. A few ended up peeled and shredded for zuchinni bread though. I finally got around to making my first batch today (I wasn't ready to do it earlier in the fall so I put the ziplocs of shredded zuchinni in the freezer) and Madison really liked it. Of course, that might have been the chocolate chips...Anyway, when I finally came into the kitchen to start getting dinner ready, this was what I found:

I guess it's alwasy good to know that the things you make are appreciated, but I do wish she could show it without chomping through uncut loaves :) She had been asking for more "keeny" bread and finally decided to help herself.
